Usage:

Processing:
High-temperature silicone penetration furnace makes silicon form a silicide film on the metal surface by contacting the liquid containing silicon element with the surface of the metal material at high temperature. This process is called silicosis. During the process of silicon penetration, the silicon element will diffuse from the penetrant to the surface of the metal material through diffusion, and then combine with the metal atoms to form a silicide. This silicide film improves the surface hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the metal material.

Features:
Structural form is horizontal - single door / double door; vertical - top discharge / bottom discharge. Vertical furnace, double-layer furnace structure, water-cooled jacket design. Furnace chamber graphite carbon tube heating body, insulation layer, temperature measurement, monitoring thermocouples and other components. Discharging and loading disk is installed at the bottom of the furnace by motor-driven lifting, which is convenient for discharging and loading. PLC plus touch screen operation mode, with alarm function, high automation program, safe and reliable.
