Product Features:
Large graphitization furnace adopts thermal insulation material and domestic furnace structure, and the service temperature reaches 3000℃. It adopts one power supply with multiple furnace bodies to improve production. Due to the long cooling time of large graphitization furnace, the cooling time is used for heating other furnace bodies.
Using digital display intelligent temperature control system, automatic precision to complete the temperature measurement and temperature control process, the system can be heated according to the given temperature curve, and can store 20 pieces of a total of 400 different process heating curve.
Comprehensive PLC water, electricity, gas automatic control and protection system
Can be one machine and multiple furnaces, using PLC intelligent conversion.
